The Ministry has a decree on the application for travel to adopted, retroactively, in the opinion of the Federal Constitutional Court with effect from 01.01.2007 shall continue, so that will be made by car driving commuters by 2006 as was generally 30 cents per km effective tax claims. The current adoption application contains many details on individual issues of traveling allowance.
